Data Deletion

You can remove individual saved scenarios in your workspace or request deletion of account-related information held by The Stack Matrix. This page explains how to make either request and what may be retained.

Delete an individual saved scenario

Sign in, open your workspace, find the saved scenario, and choose its Delete control. Scenario deletion removes that saved item and cannot be undone. It does not delete your account or other saved scenarios.

Request account and workspace data deletion

Account deletion is not currently available as a self-service control. To request deletion of your account and associated workspace information, email stackmatrix4@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”

Send the request from the email address associated with your account, or tell us which account email address the request concerns. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or unnecessary business information. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.

Once verified, we will review and handle the request under applicable privacy requirements. Deleting an account can remove access to the account and saved workspace data. If you only want to remove selected scenarios, use the workspace controls instead.

Information that may remain

Some information may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the service, or maintain necessary business and security records. Information in protected backups may remain temporarily until those backups are rotated or otherwise handled under our retention practices.

Lemon Squeezy and other service providers may hold records under their own policies. A deletion request to The Stack Matrix does not itself delete records held independently by those providers, cancel a payment arrangement, or issue a refund. Contact the relevant provider separately about information it controls or payment and subscription matters.

What to include

  • The email address associated with the account.
  • Whether you are requesting deletion of a specific saved scenario or the account and associated data.
  • Any additional information needed to identify the request, without including passwords or payment-card details.
