Sales Cycle & Pipeline Timing Planner
Estimate how current pipeline, new qualified opportunities, win rate, and sales-cycle length may affect expected closed revenue within a selected planning horizon.

Horizon relative to average cycle
This simplified timing estimate assumes opportunities close evenly over the average sales cycle and new opportunities are generated steadily through the forecast period. It does not model individual opportunity stages, close-date distributions, seasonality, slippage, or changing win rates. Use it for planning, not as a sales forecast.
How the estimate works
The planner estimates how much of the current opportunity pool may mature within the forecast horizon by comparing the horizon with the average sales-cycle length. It separately estimates the share of newly generated opportunities with time to mature, then applies the win rate and average deal value to estimate expected closed revenue.
Actual sales outcomes depend on opportunity stage, deal-specific close dates, pipeline quality, and sales execution. Compare this simplified estimate with historical conversion and timing data before using it for operating decisions.
