This is a simplified budget estimate, not a customer or revenue forecast. It assumes a consistent cost per lead and lead-to-customer conversion rate. It does not model channel mix, lead quality, campaign ramp, sales-cycle timing, attribution, or customer value.
Continue the workflow
Carry this budget, cost per lead, conversion rate, and customer target into the Marketing & Customer Growth Kit’s campaign planner to build out a full channel and content plan around these assumptions.
How the estimate works
Required leads are calculated by dividing the new-customer target by the lead-to-customer conversion rate and rounding up to a whole lead. Estimated budget is required leads multiplied by cost per lead. Affordable lead volume is the available budget divided by cost per lead, rounded down.
Use conversion and cost assumptions from comparable channels and customer segments. Results represent planning estimates; leads may convert outside the selected period, and actual lead quality and costs can vary.
